Privacy Policy

This policy describes how TSG Labs handles personal data when you use Chord — as a workspace member signing in, or as a customer talking to a workspace's AI teammate on a connected channel.

Account data: your name, email, password (stored hashed), and workspace membership.

Workspace content: the business information, knowledge sources, playbooks, and configuration your workspace provides to its teammates.

Conversations: messages exchanged with teammates on connected channels, kept so your workspace can review, approve, and audit what its teammates do.

Usage and billing: credit consumption, feature usage, and invoice records.

To operate the service: running teammates, routing messages to connected channels, metering credits, and securing accounts. Conversation content is processed by the AI models that power teammates in order to generate responses. We do not sell personal data.

Data is shared with the channel providers you connect (e.g. WhatsApp, Slack) as required to deliver messages, with the model and infrastructure providers that process teammate requests, and with payment processors for billing. Each acts under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Workspace content and conversations are retained while your workspace is active. Deleting a workspace removes its teammates, knowledge, and conversation history from production systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention duties (e.g. invoices).

Sessions use short-lived access tokens with rotating refresh tokens held in httpOnly cookies; passwords are stored hashed; access inside TSG Labs is limited to what operating the service requires.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Workspace members can manage their profile from the Account page; customers of a workspace should direct requests to that business, which controls its conversation data — we assist as its processor.

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect. Privacy questions can be raised with your TSG Labs contact.
