Terms of Service

Chord is an AI-teammate platform operated by TSG Labs (“we”, “us”). It lets your workspace create and manage AI agents (“teammates”) that interact with your team and your customers over channels such as WhatsApp, Slack, and email. These terms govern your access to and use of the service.

You need an account and a workspace to use Chord. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and for activity that happens under your workspace. Workspace administrators control who can join their workspace and what roles they hold.

You agree not to use Chord to send spam or unsolicited messages, to deceive recipients about whether they are talking to an automated agent where disclosure is required, to violate the terms of connected channels (e.g. WhatsApp Business policies), or to break any applicable law. We may suspend workspaces that do.

You own the content your workspace provides — business information, knowledge sources, conversations, and configuration. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service: storing, processing, and transmitting that content to run your teammates. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Teammates generate responses automatically. While guardrails, autonomy levels, and escalation rules let you control how far they act, output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing the configuration of your teammates and for the commitments they make on your behalf within the autonomy you grant them.

Usage is metered in credits. Purchased credits are consumed by teammate activity as shown on your Credits page. Except where required by law, credit purchases are non-refundable. Prices and pack sizes may change; changes apply to future purchases, not credits you already hold.

You can stop using Chord and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination we delete or return workspace content as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect. Questions about these terms can be raised with your TSG Labs contact.
